BRAIN HEALTH BASELINE

Protect Your Greatest Competitive Advantage: Your Brain

Not All "Baseline Tests" Are Created Equal.

Many traditional "baseline" programs rely on a single computerized test or questionnaire.

At the Kutcher Clinic, we believe brain health is too important to be reduced to a single score. Our comprehensive Brain Health Baseline evaluates the factors that matter most for both performance and concussion care.

A proper Brain Health Baseline goes beyond a simple computerized test and includes:

personal and family neurological history, including concussion

  • neurological exam

  • current symptoms and concerns

  • cognitive and neurological performance measures

  • factors that may impact concussion recovery - which may include: ADHD, anxiety, depression, migraine headaches, previous concussions, sleep concerns, and other neurological conditions.

Know Your Baseline. Protect Your Game.

Your Brain is your most important performance asset. An annual Brain Health Baseline helps you monitor your neurological health, track changes over time, and prepare for the season ahead.

Having a comprehensive baseline can help healthcare providers better understand how an injury has affected you and support safer return-to-play decisions.

At the Kutcher Clinic, we know that every athlete and every concussion is unique. That's why we provide a comprehensive Brain Health Baseline that give us a complete picture of your neurological health, helping support both peak performance and informed recovery decisions.

What Is A Brain Health Baseline?

A Brain Health Baseline is a comprehensive assessment of your brain function. It creates a personalized profile of your neurological health that can be used as a point of comparison if a concussion or head injury occurs.

A baseline assessment provides valuable information that can help healthcare providers make more informed decisions about evaluation, treatment, and recovery for concussion and/or other neurological injuries.

The Kutcher Clinic recommends that Brain Health Baseline Testing be completed annually in order to help monitor for long-term changes in brain function, review the previous sports season, and plan for the future.
