​Effective January 1, 2026​, Kutcher Clinic will no longer bill insurance and will transition our Utah clinics to a fee-for-service/self-pay model. ​

 

This decision is driven by our commitment to maintaining the highest level of patient-centric care. By eliminating the complexities of insurance billing we aim to enhance the quality of our services and focus more on the individual needs of our patients.

What This Means for You

1. Fee-for-Service/Self-Pay Model:

   • Patients will be responsible for paying for services at the time of their visit.

   • This model ensures that our focus remains on delivering personalized and high-quality care.

2. Insurance Reimbursement:

   • Upon request, patients will receive a "super bill," which includes detailed information about the services provided.

   • This "super bill" can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, though it is important to check with your insurer about their specific reimbursement policies.
